National Parks - ReserveAmerica shows full - accurate?

About to head to Colorado. I have been looking at nation parks around Ouray and according to the Reserve America site they are all full. My question is, how accurate is this info? Should we still go...

We have stayed in many National Forest campgrounds. All of the ones we have stayed in had electric hookups.


Interesting. Every one I've seen has been rustic.
