National Parks - ReserveAmerica shows full - accurate?

About to head to Colorado. I have been looking at nation parks around Ouray and according to the Reserve America site they are all full. My question is, how accurate is this info? Should we still go...

Interesting. Every one I've seen has been rustic.
Many don't, but there are several in the George Washington NF we have been to that do, & Bakers Hole outside West Yellowstone does also.
