nc outer banks campgrounds
Planning summer trip to outer banks and looking for some suggestions from fellow travels who have visited the campgrounds in the area. Any info appreciated.

All I could afford wrote:Kitty Hawk RV Park is a nice low cost, low frills location. They're at milepost 4 on the bypass (route 158), and it's less than one block to the ocean. All the sites are full hookup, and the owners are friendly!
I'm also interested, but trying to find a low cost, low frills location. Are there any state park type? If there are I'd love to hear about them. Thank you
