Push comes to shove, you could send her on the train from the Casino RV Park in Joliet. Goes into La Salle st station and then for taking an uber from there and back. Meeting her there, the next day to help carry, would work out and for then taking your good ole time if you want, back at the campground.

Even so, you could alternately rent something larger and drive from the CG for picking her and her stuff up.
The casino and property are closed due to Covid 19.
Ummmmmm didn't know that, but when you think about it, if the casino is gonna be closed, they're not gonna bother with the CG and even if considered essential.
