Thousands of dually trucks go through the needles tunnels every year without trouble. It wont be roomy, but if your mirrors fit, and they will, so will the truck.
The state park descriptions of the tunnels are meant to be minimal to keep out the uninformed. Overhead room is the issue, not width.
