The RV Park owners are working with folks traveling. We hit Colorado 6/1 and was told we had to self quarantine for 5 days, so I asked can we ride the jeep trails, no problems. Also went to WalMart to stock up parked in the parking lot with the Calif plates screaming, wore a mask while in the store unlike most that didn't. Back out to the jeep and not an officer in site, leads me to believe no knows how to enforce the rules laid down by peeps who have never been to a RV Park.
