New portable shower -- "Rinsekit" -- has anyone tried it?

This thing looks like it might work for boondocking, if your on-board shower is not adequate, or if you want to shower outside: Rinsekit It stores water under pressure in a tank. Not exactly ...

Is pumping so bad? And what about gravity?

Sun Shower (the black bag with a hose on it) has been around for years, costs about $20. Works on gravity. You could hang it on the outside of the trailer.

One Tiger owner who camps in winter and wants a shower without worrying about frozen pipes says he uses a one-gallon pump sprayer from Home Depot. They cost about $15.
