We stayed at Liberty Harbor in June for a week. It is the best location you will find. As others have said, it is a quick walk to the Path station to get over to the city. If your only staying a day, you could stay somewhere else and take a tour or something, but if your staying longer, I would not want to ride a train/bus for hours a day to get to the city. The spots are just big enough. I have slides on one side and steps on the other. I was right on the lines on both sides. No issues with length though (35ft travel trailer and parked my truck up front). Like others have said, it's just a parking lot with power and water at the sites and a dump station on-site. Out our side door we could see the statue of liberty and out the other side we could see the world trade center/Manhattan.
