We like The RV Resort at Carolina Crossroads right off of I-95 just into North Carolina. It's great for overnight with all pull thru sites. If you arrive after 6 PM they have Overnight Express Sites for $30 with full hook ups.
And yes, Disney does indeed have Pet Loops and dog walks.
