NFS campgrounds
Have not tried NFS cgs but think that would be something I would like as I have enjoyed NP and COE sites. My question is do NFS cgs have camp hosts or any on-site rangers or security?

The Arrowhead CG at Uwharrie National Forest and Flanners Beach at Croatan National Forest both have hosts.
Both have security (gates locked at night) and Rangers who live on-site (although not in the CG). They drove through the CG several times per day and were always available.
