The first things that came to mind when I read your post were national forest or Corp of Engineer parks, but they don't have sewer or cable. Many do have water and electric hookups and if you have your senior discount card, you can stay at each one for 2 weeks and pay usually $8 - $15 per night. As far as internet, take your own with you - Millenicom has worked for us very well for 2 1/2 years. No contract. We are currently in a beautiful COE park in Mississippi. Check out Enid Lake - Wallace Creek, Persimmon Hill. There is also Grenada Lake, Sardis Lake and Arkabutla Lake. Most Corp of Engineer parks are very nice with scenic views.
