I too have seen the no electric heater rule... when I asked the front desk to elaborate , they simply said no electric plug in heaters allowed.. people can plug them into the receptacle and go out forgetting to unplug them.. this could cause a fire...
Electric heat pumps were fine..
I have never heard of a NO AC rule.. I for one would be leaving as soon as I saw that.. Like stated , at $50.00 per night , that's just crazy
