No water Cottonwood Campground at Grand canyon
Due to water main break there is no water at Cottonwood Campground at Grand canyon. How long is unknown. MOst of South Rim on water conservation

Cottonwood campground is a small tenters campground half-way down the canyon. I don't think many here will be using it.
The South Rim has always had a water problem, mainly with pipes breaking. Always carry more water than you think you might need. We learned our lesson once and never again will we go low with water when hiking.
