You do realize that there is a difference between Park Models (which are classified as RVs) and mobile home communities, right? We have been fulltiming for over 8 years and just bought a Park Model in a park we like because we are at the point in our life where we want to stretch out a little during the winter, but come spring we will be back in the RV for the summer months. Lots of people are like us. People in Park Models are still people, go to the pool, go to potlucks, go to the card games, etc., all the things that everyone else in the park does.
