Any recommendations for a waterfront campground in north Alabama on either the Tennessee River (near Florence, Decatur, etc.) or on Lake Guntersville (in Guntersville or northward toward Scottsboro)? ...

I liked Blue Heron, in Guntersville. A strange park, but very nice. Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. Not actually on the lake, so might not meet your needs, but if I recall, public boat launch is almost across the street.
