North Central Ohio

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some place to live in the Mansfield, Ohio area. Anyone have any suggestions on any campgrounds? I'm in a class C.

Thanks for any information!
  • I don't know when it closes but the Shelby Mansfield KOA is very nice.
  • There is a great RV park in Berlin in Holmes County where about 40,000 Amish live. The park is Scenic Hills RV Park and the monthly rate is $595 which includes electric and WiFi. The WiFi works very good. It is about 45 miles from Mansfield. We have been there 3 times for a month in the last 4 years and it has become our favorite place in the country to go. So much to see and do and needlessly to say, the food is great. They are open from May to the end of October I believe.
  • Mansfield is below freezing 5 months a year and it snows 7 months a year, on average. I imagine you'd have a hard time finding an open CG.
  • Hey Paul,

At least somewhere that lets you stay for a few months, yeah.

  • Are you looking for a 'year-round' campground where you can live in your RV?
