Any of the Parks we've been to, the size referenced is for the RV,we've been to some that state 30', our 29' MH (actually measures 30.5) +the tow dolly + toad fit with room to spare.
If there are no trees or other obsticles at the rear of the site, you can overhang the back end of the RV, as long as the wheels are on the pavement/gravel.
