BY the way Loulou one can sympathize with is not paying attention to the restrooms location elevation wise! Years ago when we were tent camping at one of the lakes we like we went to a new area with our 4 month old with us, yes we were young and had plenty of energy then! :B Come about midnight wake up decide I need to use the facilities. Now it soaks in that the bathroom is about 300-400 yards away AND uphill about 300 feet. Now if you think walk BACK from the bathroom up hill is bad try it with a full bladder than is used about 6 feet to the bathroom!
On the subject of squirrels several years ago when this coach was still pretty new we were at a nearby lake. Woke about up about 7 in the morning to the weirdest sound that kept coming and going. Went outside finally to see if a branch was brushing the roof or what. Seems we parked between two trees that had small branches that stopped just above the roof. We had a couple of squirrels that were using the roof of the motorhome as the expressway between the trees! They would tear down one leaping the short distance to the roof with a thump. Then run like crazy, maybe smacking each other if they passed, and then jumping onto the other tree and run up there! :B
Bummer about knees and heart but hope you have many more adventures that create many more memories and stories.
Don't know about you but for us most of the "memorable" trips had something that went "wrong"! :B
