As for the KOA, I took a good look at what they have been doing, and they are putting a lot of money into it. Only problem is, the Dune between them and the ocean is bacially gone, and the next big storm that comes up the coast is going to do more damage to the place. They should have concentrated their early efforts into rebuilding the protective dunes...
