Ringer, the new sites before zoning are these.
The closed golf course on 611 just south of Frontier Town is slated for 300 and change sites. The local rich people are raising heck about it. Over 100 attended the county meeting about it.
Bay Club, the golf course west of Berlin on Liberty Town Rd is slated to close one of their 18 hole courses and turn that into 300 or so sites.
Fort Whaley is adding 60 sites.
Should get interesting, but the local big money is behind it all so it will fly right on thru like everything else over there.
