:) The campsites that will be lost are the smaller ones. It is interesting for my curiosity that the park is coming very close to the Jackson's and the preacher's homes. Wonder if they are part of the changes.
:@ Just guessing but with the Jackson's Estates being in probate & the Daughters taking over has a lot to do with the improvements being slower or if they just want to get it right.
Most of the newer homes there are two story on stilt's. I guess that is the current building code as you do not see any new homes being built on the ground......... I still can't see building a 100-200 thousand dollar home & not owning the land (If you don't pay the annual fees gues you don't own the home anymore)........... I haven't seen any 3 story homes (not counting the space underneath. Might be a couple.
