Has anyone stayed in it? The website says it has a tree in the middle. Just want to make sure I can fit.

When you put in your information, be accurate as far as slides and awnings.... their website says "Shade -Tree in middle of site NO LRG MH or 5TH WHEEL - 569' to ocean L50xW27 ft"....
It's only 27' wide, so you are going to be pretty limited with your rig, the tree, slide outs, and awnings... Have you been there before? It backs up to a busy road, so you are going to constantly have traffic behind you, especially during the summer months. I would opt for a couple rows over if you can.
