- magnusfideExplorer II4-5 years ago we stayed there and also at Devil's Fork State Park northeast of Oconee SP. Both were well run SPs.
- kohldadExplorer IIIWas there this spring and a number of other times. It's a nice park with plenty to do in the area. Sites in the inner circle are closer together but paved and nearly level. The outer loop is gravel and may take a bit to get the rig leveled.
Make sure you check out Stump House Tunnel nearby. - wanderingdawgsExplorerIt's been ten years since we were there but we camped there in a 35 foot fifth wheel. We had a back in site with paved pad, water and electric. Several scenic drives including one through three states, Nantahala National Forest, Bull Sluice, Issaquena Falls, Whitewater Falls, the Stumphouse Tunnel, and a fish hatchery are all nearby. There is a small lake in the park. You can read more about our stay and see some photos at Wandering Around America one state at a Time - South Carolina
