Oklahoma camping

Hey guys-

During the first 2 weeks of July we will be spending a week in Texas, and a week probably in Oklahoma.

I have 3 kids, ages 3, 7 and 9. We like outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, scenic drives, mountains, etc. our first week will be in Dallas TX and we are looking for somewhere good to spend a week in Oklahoma.

We need a full hookup rv park that close to activities, with a few day trips within an hour or so driving if possible.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

  • You will really enjoy the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in SW Oklahoma by Lawton. No entrance fee, plenty of hiking, biking, lakes, visitor center, and picnic areas. Drive up Mt. Scott!
