It's pretty well been covered and I have to agree: The coast (especially the northern half) & Crater Lake are my favorites. And, if you like aircraft, as I do, the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville is worth a stop. Not only the Spruce Goose, as mentioned, but the SR71 Blackbird! :) There is a nice RV park nearby, too.
