Overnight stay off I 74 near Seagrove NC

We have a trip scheduled to Myrtle Beach in mid September depending on status of the virus. Reservations were made last October before virus.

I am looking for a campground around Seagrove NC for an overnight. In years past we left home later in the day and stopped at the rest area near Seagrove. That required night time driving and I want to get away from that if possible.

Any recomendations on where to stop?

Thanks!

Dave
  • There is a truck stop right at the top of the ramp in Seagrove. Pull in and park. Wal Mart in Biscoe ore Asheboro. Also a truck stop at rt 211 exit. Not rv parks but you could overnight.
  • There is a Yogi Bear Jellystone RV park near Asheboro that is fairly new and very clean.
