You're probably right but, I still like the freezing electricity theory. :)
As you know, Pennsylvania winters can be rough. But, compared to Michigan, Pennsylvania is Key West.

Taquamenom Falls State Park in the UP of Michigan is OPEN all year. It offers electricity also. Must be electricity only freezes in Minnesota;)
