palm springs CA area

As I type we are at Indian Waters. Two weeks here last year and a month this year and already reserved a month for next year to get this spot. Hey, we live south of Tucson so not coming here for the weather.

Why do we like this place? Because the owners have taken a somewhat older place and dumped a ton of money into it. Price is right and the place is immaculate. Added two more pickleball courts so now to 4. We don't play but they saw the need and addressed it. Two pools, hot tub, great exercise room and two full size pool tables in a wonderful room for it.

Lots of things going on for activities as well. And a concierge service as well; she is great. Oh, don't want to forget the free waffles and OJ in the morning and free coffee all day.

And great pricing to boot.

Check out Thousand Trails Palm Springs. Our last stay there was very enjoyable and peaceful. I've heard they've done some upgrades recently.

We Willl be staying at Caliente Springs for the third time next week. Its in Desert Hot Springs.
2 huge pools, 4 hot tubs, all different temperatures, all fed by hot springs :)

In Desert Hot Springs across the highway from PS. Hot pools with no chlorine is the best part.

I have also stayed at Shadow Hills.

Small-ish. Farther back from the freeway than some others. Quiet. Clean.

I liked it a lot.

Check out Two Springs RVS Resort in North Palm Springs. Their website isn't terribly up to date and the neighborhood is nothing to brag about. We spent the past two winters in a huge, quiet site in the back of the park with no neighbors across the street where they haven't developed yet. We really enjoyed it there. It's gated, small, but has a nice pool and enough activities if you choose to join. Dog friendly, too. Give them a call, but a visit is even better.

I'm sure a search of Palm Springs on this forum or Snowbirds would be beneficial while you're awaiting personal responses.
