What weather can we expect in Palo Duro Canyon State Park in late February or early March?

That's all in the same day. I would check with the park first. They shut down a lot of things for winter. You might not have water or other services. How's the old saying go, " the only thing between Amarillo & the North Pole is a barb wire fence ". Actually just about all of Texas north of San Antonio can have rapidly changing winter weather, freezing rain today & tomorrow you can go outside wearing shorts.
