PA/NJ/DE/MD CGs with sites right on a lake or shoreline

I always wanted to get a site right on the water. The closest I came was at Spruce Run State Park in NJ, where the site was fairly close to the shoreline of a reservoir. I'm not talking about a site...

Only trouble is that the electric sites are reserved almost a year in advance. Tried to get in this summer with no luck.
