PA/NJ/DE/MD CGs with sites right on a lake or shoreline

I always wanted to get a site right on the water. The closest I came was at Spruce Run State Park in NJ, where the site was fairly close to the shoreline of a reservoir. I'm not talking about a site...

All those state parks and COE campgrounds have electric.Promised land has some full hookup sites.When you say you want to be on the water and want full hookups,it limits your choices.
