Self isolation is going to be a personal decision, and the decision as to when you resume a more normal lifestyle is going to be tough for many to determine.
FWIW Virginia state parks are staying open, at least for now.
If they do return to normal activities after recovering from the virus they can still carry and infect others. At least from what I’m reading.
