Not likely any 50 amp but there is a lot of shade so you can make it on 30 amp. Close off any areas you are not in. Cover windows etc.
There are few decent parks in the area. The one posted is not as pretty as the picture but the folks are nice and the spots are decent enough.
If Kalifornia was not so strict one could probably make a fortune building a nice resort near Sacramento.
Always has amazed me an area as large as Sac and so few decent parks. There may be one in "downtown" that sits on the river and then one to the south off of I think hwy99, a campground on a "lake"...
