That guy drops into the restaurant once in a while though he soon leaves when customers begin arriving. I was about 15 feet away on the other side of a large heavy wooden table when I took this! He's not lunging, just sunning.
And for the faint of heart, a paloma nesting very close to the rig and less than seven feet above the ground.
- Recently I've been bouncing around Arizona's State Parks as part of a year long trip started in October. Here is a photo of the trailer at the Lost Dutchman State Park:

I've done both the RGV in Mission and the desert SW in Borrego Springs, CA. Love them both but I give the nod to the desert SW because I like to go off road and explore (ghost towns, mines, slot canyons, springs, rock hounding, etc.). You can't do that in the RGV. However, the RGV has a LOT of things that we like to do so we enjoy it also.BillB800si wrote:
