Yes it is Yuma. We have spent 5 of the last 8 winters there. We stayed a winter in Brownsville, Texas....too humid and buggy, Florida was nice and warm but again too humid and buggy. Yuma Foothills is the only place where we found it may cool down at night but right back to high 60;s to 70;s the next day. Bonus you can leave your door open all day and not get a house full of fly's. We love it, no bugs, no mowing, and no shoveling.
