places to dry camp with 44' motorcoach in southern utah

We're getting ready for a trip out west to see the Grand Canyon and all of the sites is southern Utah and would love to spend a few nights in the wild and was wondering if there are any places I could...

Lots of open camping in the forest around Brian Head/Panguitch Lake.
You will see tons of graded forest service roads to pull off on and camp.
The weather is perfect too!
