Plans got changed now going to Bangor maine area for summer

I need help in finding places I may fish as a shore fisherman or wading in shallow waters for trout and salmon. I also would like recommendations for head boat ocean fishing trips at reasonable costs?...

I'll be in Maine this summer as well, with my wife, for about a month. Staying on a private spring fed lake with plenty of Togue to catch. Be sure to get a non resident license. Maine Game Wardens have no humor.
