What I don't like about internet reviews, as a business owner is, any wack job that may stagger in, can post a negative review. You can try and get it deleted, you can try and respond, both are difficult.
I have never had a bad review, but I hope, if it does happen, folks will have the common sense to read between the lines. And read the many positives as well
