very good point, korbe. When you have 10 "great staff" and then one "rude staff", you may want to think about where the problem really lies.
I read a review about "rude staff" from a park my Good Sam group visits, which seemed really odd because I know the staff.
Looked up some more reviews by the person. Over three fourths of his reviews mention a staff as rude. Guess what I think is the problem.
