It comes down to the law of averages. Sooner or later the park is going to err, and sooner or later Mr. & Mrs. NeverCanBePleased are going to stay there. I do the same for RV parks as I do for hotel rooms using TripAdvisor-I look at the ratings and see what the complaints are. Some issues are correctable, some aren't. Some are valid, some are inane. What might bother me might not bother someone else. I also take into consideration as to whether or not the reviewer tried to correct the situation, such as asking for another site away from the rest rooms or a hotel room away from the ice machine. And as others have said, if the majority of the reviews are good then most likely it stays on the list. Take everything with a grain of salt and act within your comfort level.
