I think wi-fi can be the park's problem. If it goes out because some yahoo with a backhoe down the street cut the line, then it isn't their problem. If it is bad because they have one access point for the entire park, or they are trying to run the park on a dial-up line then it is their problem. :) If they can't get a fast connection at all because they are rural, it is not their problem.
