As said I'll read all the reviews and get overall impression. A few bad reviews out of many won't hurt. But if everyone says the bathrooms are dirty, I'd assume they are. Wifi I don't use generally, and it tends to be bad in most campgrounds. In many case I do blame the campground for that-they hired the subcontractor. In some rural areas the pipeline to the campground isn't big enough and there is nothing they can do. In other cases this is no excuse.
In my experience a campground with numerous reviews is somewhat accurately reflected in the bulk of the reviews. Better than going in blind.
