I have never had a bad review, but I hope, if it does happen, folks will have the common sense to read between the lines. And read the many positives as well
On the flip side just keep in mind it's those same internet reviews that give better establishments like yours, some of your business.
That said I look for and write internet reviews that are common sense and In turn campgrounds either get my business or could receive business from the reviews I write. :)
