I love the reviews from someone that is full timing and they write that a park has a lot of permanent campers and knock it down for that.
Excuse me,but isn't a fulltimer a permanent that travels around. Most campgrounds that we have stayed at,the permanents are very nice and the park has rules about how they can setup and keeping their sites neat.
Several weeks ago,we stayed in a park that had lightning fast wifi when we checked in and had a rule about streaming movies, etc. That evening I needed to look some things up about what we were going to do the next day and had to do it on my phone as the wifi was so slow. The next day the guy in the BIG motorhome beside me was showing me how they had set up their 50/60 inch tv as a monitor for streaming videos. He said that several of the others in his group, a rally group, had done the same thing. I said something
about the no movie or large file rule and his comment was that the park never knows.
Oufr favorite park in Port Townsend has great restrooms, laundry facilities, decent prices and three good restaurants on site. It also has one of the most drop-down dead views of the water and mtns and I have seen several reviews where they have really panned it because the sites are gravel.
Bigdog, you are correct also. We have also heard people talk about streaming movies and then all the kids on you tube so the other RVers can't get on to do basic e-mail stuff. We recently read a bad review because the grass was wet that morning from scheduled watering and her dog couldn't walk on the wet grass because it got "nervous". It's watered to keep it green! Oh don't get me started on dog stuff....LOL
