I've never really cared about rude staff. I check in and out with the staff, rarely spend any more time with them.
Wi-Fi can be a park problem (too cheap to set up a realistic infrastructure) or a vendor problem. Either way, its not MY problem. I am camping. My favorite place to camp has ZERO cell or Wi-Fi access. I am 100% okay with that.
Dirty bathrooms... they will almost be dirty at least once a day. Unless the bathrooms were never clean the entire time, I don't really think that reflects upon the campground. They get dirty because of my neighbors. As long as the campground makes an effort to keep it clean, I'm okay with that. My trailer has a toilet, sink and shower. I'll survive.
Cluttered sites, old campers, nasty permanent sites... I don't like parks like these. If I am reading reviews and they mention loots of ratty permanent sites then I usually steer somewhere else. That's just a personal opinion. I don't want to vacation in a mobile home park, which is what some of these places turn in to.
Most anything else I can either deal with or I can hook up my trailer and drive somewhere else. If there is concern about my ability to honor my reservations then I make sure to know the cancellation policy. For example, we just bought a new Jayco. We THINK it will be here in 2 weeks, but we aren't 100% certain. Friends and family are camping first weekend in April. We haven't made reservations yet because we don't like the cancellation policy. If we get the trailer in time, we will try to camp there. If not, I don't want to waste $30 and not go. I wouldn't write a nasty review because I was too lazy to read their cancellation policy...
