Good in theory and I understand what you are saying. What can be done about the first car following the last slower vehicle that refuses to pass thereby backing up traffic? I don't know what the answer is, but if the bigger units can maintain closer to the posted speed maybe that would help. It doesn't seem to make any difference how fast you travel, someone somewhere is going to want to go faster. Brian
