I agree, SandiaMan! It is a pretty area, but I suspect it'll take some work to return the Roadrunner to its former popularity. On the other hand, the word around here was that the former owner of the RV park -- I don't know if that's the same as the current seller or not -- used to be a bit of a bear about reservations and the like. On the other hand, evidently the place was so incredibly popular that even less than perfect management didn't put a dent in the profit margin.
At that price tag, though, I just don't know. $4.75 million is a far cry from anything that many folks could afford. My total wealth is a whoooole lot closer to $4.75 thousand than to $4.75 million!
