Port Clinton/Camp Perry Campgrounds???
I am trying to make a plan to visit the Port Clinton, OH, area later this summer and would really appreciate a few good suggestions for campgrounds in the general area?

- Not too far away is Kelly's island. Well worth the ferry cost and also has a state park. The island also has the Glacial Grooves, which are fascinating and free.

just across the road from the lake at marble head
they have a limited number of spaces.

I'm going to shoot the National Matches in late July at Camp Perry.- East Harbor State Park is a good campground for that area. There are some sites with full hook-up if I remember correctly, check out the Ohio State Parks website...
