One our Favorite campgrounds in Maryland has a few - we always try to get one. Link is the view.
Bar Harbor RV Park and Marina in Aberdeen MD
They just have a few, and only put motorhomes on them. We keep the front windshield uncovered when we are there. Love watching the egrets and other waterfowl.
Another park we go to has "stream-side" sites where the site is parallel to the entry road and stream. It's another favorite.
