Don't worry about it.

They are not charging by the person, just want to avoid two families sharing one side, or having 10 bikers show up at one site. They have the two vehicle limit to limit motorcycles too.

Usually they also have a 1 tent rule. That does not work well when you are back east, and need a screen tent to protect you from the bugs, and something a bit warmer to sleep in.

Anyway it will all work out in the end.
